Difference between round sieve and double section plansifter?

Plansifter produces flour by grinding material's rotation and vibration. Round sieve produces flour by pressing grinding material between bushes and sieves. For the flour quality, plansifter flour contains fewer bran than round sieve. Also plansifter is always used in bigger capacity such as more than 50T/D. In fact, round sieve also can make super quality flour if you grind the wheat for few times(more times you grind the wheat, flour quality gets worse.)
